29 CFR 1926.150(a)(4): Firefighting equipment was not periodically inspected: a) 101 W. Johnson St, Philadelphia, PA  A 10 lb.  Class A, B, C rated fire extinguisher was not periodically inspected, exposing the employees to a possible fire hazard. This violation was observed on or about March 22, 2013.     Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
