29 CFR 1926.405(g)(2)(iv): Flexible cords were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief is provided to prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws:  a) Main garage entry: On or about April 9, 2013, and times thereto, a flexible cord connecting to a 4-plex outlet box was without visible strain relief in that the fitting was not connected to the box.  NOTE: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
