The employees were exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet to the lower level.

On or about 04/08/2013 at 81 Carriage Lake Drive, Stockbridge, GA: Employees engaged in roofing work were exposed to fall of approximately 8 feet to the lower level when the ladder did not extend 3' above the landing for safe access/egress.
