29 CFR 1926.350(a)(7): A suitable cylinder truck, chain, or other steadying device was not used to keep compressed gas cylinder(s) from being knocked over while in use.     On or about April 30, 2013, employees were using gas cylinders (Welding tanks) to weld copper pipes overhead. The welding tanks were not secured and were siting upright on the floor.
