29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in service without being examined daily for any condition adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle. 29 Summer St, Lunenburg, MA On 4/30/13 and at times prior, employees operated powered industrial trucks without having examined them for conditions adversely affecting the safety of the vehicles. Industrial truck inspection uncovered hydraulic leaks and inoperative backup alarms.
