29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501. a) East Meyers Subdivision, 6724 East Meyer Drive - Employees were installing roof shingles about 17 feet above ground level on a 10 in 12 pitch roof without conventional fall protection. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard.
