29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or a combination of warning line system and safety monitoring system:    Instanced a. Site - On or about April 26, 2013, employees were not utilizing fall protection while engaged in roofing work.     Instanced b. Site - On or about April 26, 2013, employees utilizing an aerial (5791) lift to access the roof area were not protected from fall hazards.    Marshall Roofing & Sheet Metal Co., Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 310159330, Citation Number 1, Item Number 1, issued on 3/24/2008, with respect to a workplace located at Admiral Kalbfus Rd. Newport, RI.  The final order date for the citation was on 04/04/2008.
