29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b):  a) Jobsite, 2000 Kimball Street, Southwest Corner, Top Level - Employees were performing carpentry operations within 2' of unprotected edges 40' above ground level without conventional or alternative methods of fall protection, observed on or about 4/25/13.  b) Jobsite, 2000 Kimball Street, Northeast Corner, Top Level - Employees were performing carpentry operations within 5' of unprotected edges 30' above ground level without conventional or alternative methods of fall protection, observed on or about 4/24/13.
