29 CFR 1910.134(e)(1): The employer did not provide a medical evaluation to determine the employee's ability to use a respirator, before the employee was fit tested or required to use the respirator in the workplace    (a)    At the facility, on or about 4/30/2013:  The employer did not complete the medical evaluation for the spray painters who used half face negative pressure cartridge respirators when spray painting, where the forms were filled out, but no medical evaluation was completed with medical approval for each worker.      Abatement certification must be submitted.
