29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i): The written hazard communication program did not include a list of the hazardous chemicals known to be present, using an identity that was referenced on the appropriate safety data sheet:      a)  Regional Support Logistics Center Warehouse;  On or about April 25, 2013; the employer did not have an inventory list of all hazardous substances employees work with on the job site. Hazardous substances employees work with include but are not limited to:  diesel fuel, Weld-on P-70 low VOC primer for PVC and CPVC plastic pipe, Weld-On 711 low VOC PVC plastic pipe cements, and Agriform 21 gram slow release.
