On or about 5/1/13:  a) Boxes, bags and merchandise were stored haphazardly throughout the basement storage/stock room, exposing employees to tripping hazards by such items. b) Pieces of drop ceiling were falling off at the stores main floor, exposing employees to the hazard of being struck by falling pieces. c) Backed up sanitary sewerage was not controlled to avoid the flooding of the basement storage/stock room, exposing employees to unsanitary conditions.  REPEAT STATEMENT  Pretty Girl, Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1910.22(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314979543, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 10/27/11.
