Near the rear of the shop the electrical cord providing power to the Delta bench type grinder was not firmly attached to the electrical connection of the grinder to ensure that any strain and/or pull would be transmitted directly to the interior of the unit. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard. b.  Near the rear of the shop the electrical cord providing power to the Delta bench type grinder did not have the male plug firmly attached to ensure that any strain and/or pull would be transmitted directly to the interior of the plug. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard. c.  In the shop at work station number three (3) a black AWG 14/3 extension cord did not have the male plug firmly attached to ensure that any strain and/or pull would be transmitted directly to the interior of the plug. Employees were exposed to a shock hazard.
