29 CFR 1910.106(e)(9)(iii): Precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors:     a)     Wisdom Rides, Inc. at 3758 County Rd. 23.7 Merino, CO 80741: On and before 4/25/13, the employer did not ensure that precautions were taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors. Employees transferred Formula 1 economy thinner from a metal 55 gallon drum into smaller containers for use. All items and objects involved in the transfer were not maintained at the same potential energy, in that bonding and grounding were not used to dissipate static charge. This condition exposed the employees to the hazard of flying chips and debris.
