29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level:    A) 237 Wayne Street, Highland Park, NJ 08904: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15' 5" from a Pump Jack Scaffold platform in which a fall protection system was not erected or used by employees engaged in vinyl siding replacement.     Condition observed on or about April 30, 2013.

29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms:  A) 237 Wayne Street, Highland Park, NJ 08904: Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15' 5" from a Pump Jack Scaffold platform in which guardrails were not installed prior to employees engaging in vinyl siding replacement.      Condition observed on or about April 30, 2013.
