The Johnson vertical bandsaw had 4 inches of the sawblade under the work table that was not guarded. b. The Kalamazoo horizontal bandsaw had 4 inches and 11 inches of unused portions of sawblade that was not guarded. c. The Supermax, Bridgeport and Tri-star drill press rotating chucks were not gaurded. d. The Warner/Swasey,Tonna and Hardinge horizontal boring mills were not guarded at the rotating chucks. e. The Clausing lathe was not guarded at the rotating chuck. f. The south extrusion line had a Gatto puller with rotating wheels had a guard that was missing. g. The south extrusion line Matthew ink roller rotating wheels were not guarded. h. There were five Continental grooving machines that were not guarded at the rotating grooving blade and rollers. i. On 4/1/2013, the #12 Continental grooving machine grooving blade drive shaft end had a guard that was missing.
