29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     ) 2102 Harrisburg Pike Lancaster, PA - Employee was observed working from the roof removing caulking from between the seams of the brick wall, without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of 20 feet to the ground below, on or about May 1, 2013.         No abatement certification or documentation required.
