29 CFR 1910.26(c)(3)(i): The angle of the ladder was not proper in that distance from the base to the vertical wall was not equal to one-fourth the working length of the ladder. Back of the Store Near the Office Entrance: The ladder used to bring up and take down product from a mezzanine was not positioned using the 4:1 rule, exposing employees to an 8 foot fall to the ground.
