29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a) 7028 Talkeetna Court SE, Lot #134, Atlanta, Ga., On the front of a residential home, the employer failed to provide fall protection for an employee working on a leading edge, approximately 10 feet 1 inch above ground level, exposing the employee to a fall hazard.
