29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which is 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:   a) Jobsite, 130 Old Pond Road, Bridgeville, PA: On or about April 26, 2013, during concrete pumping activities on top of the first floor pre-cast deck, the employer did not ensure that an employee used fall protection systems/devices where exposed to falls of approximately 13 feet.
