29 CFR 1910.106(e)(6)(i):  Adequate precautions were not taken to prevent the ignition of flammable vapors:     On or about May 6, 2013, at tractor/trailer yard located at 3501 N. 66th Street in Enid, OK, a 55 gallon barrel of solvent was not grounded as employees would transfer contents into smaller containers, exposing employees to the hazard of flash fires.
