29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii): 29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(iii):  The employer did not identify and evaluate the respiratory hazard(s) in the workplace, including a reasonable estimate of employee exposures to respiratory hazard(s) and an identification of the contaminant's chemical state and physical form. When the employer could not identify or reasonably estimate the employee exposure, the employer did not consider the atmosphere to IDLH:   a)1001 Billingsport Rd Paulsboro, NJ: The employer did not evaluate and identify the atmosphere to be IDLH when employees were assigned to conducted vinyl chloride sampling and levels of vinyl chloride were unknown, on or about 11/30/2013.   NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
