29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on a low-sloped roofs, with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest system:      a) On or about April 30, 2013 and times prior, employees were exposed to injuries from falls greater than 6 feet while installing roofing materials.       Abatement Note:  Abatement certification and documentation is required for this item (see enclosed "Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet").
