29 CFR 1910.334(a)(2)(iii): When an attachment plug is to be connected to a receptacle (including an on a cord set), the relationship of the plug and receptacle contacts were not checked to ensure that they were of proper mating configurations. on or about May 8, 2013, The pedestal grinder next to the kitchen exit door was missing the male electrical plug and was connected to outlet utilizing the open conductors. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
