29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorage points used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not  independent of any anchorage point being used to support or suspend platforms and capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee.   a) 146 Creek Drive, Auburn, PA; Two employees used one anchor to tie off while re-roofing a residential home. The fall protection system is designed for use by persons with a combined weight to include clothing and tools which should not exceed 310 pounds, thus exposing employees to a fall hazard, on or about 05/07/2013.
