29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1):  Each employee on a walking/working surface (horizontal and vertical surface) with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:     a)  Roof, warehouse construction jobsite, 3530 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, Pennsylvania 15332:  Observed on or about May 9, 2013, employees engaged in sheeting activities on a 5:12 (vertical to horizontal) sloped roof were not protected from falling.  The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the ground below.

The employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 12 feet to the ground below.
