The guarding device shall be in conformity with any appropriate standards therefor, or, in the absence of applicable specific standards, shall be so designed and constructed as to prevent the operator from having any part of his body in the danger zone during the operating cycle.  a. At the worksite located at 451 East Coshocton St. in Johnstown, Ohio the employer had an unguarded hydraulic press (model SPH-30) that was operated with a foot pedal with employees hands on the material, thereby exposing the employees to caught-in injuries.  b. At the worksite located at 451 East Coshocton St. in Johnstown, Ohio the employer had an unguarded hydraulic press brake (Amada G-100) that was operated with a foot pedal with employees hands on the material, thereby exposing the employees to caught-in injuries.  c. At the worksite located at 451 East Coshocton St. in Johnstown, Ohio the employer had a Cincinnati mechanical press brake that one employee operated with a foot treadle, with one or two other employees holding the material, thereby exposing the employees holding the material to caught-in injuries.
