29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems, nor was an alternative fall protection measure provided.        (a)Sotelo Construction @ 2317 73rd Ave. Ct., Greeley, CO 80631: On and before May 3rd, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that fall protection systems were utilized by employees engaged in roofing activities while working at the unprotected edges of a roof on a single-family home. Employees were not utilizing a fall protection system. Employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 15'.
