29 CFR 1910.23(c)(3): Regardless of height, open-sided floors, walkways, platforms, or runways above or adjacent to dangerous equipment, pickling or galvanizing tanks, degreasing units, and similar hazards were not guarded with a standard railing and toe board.    (a) On or about 5/9/13 - Fuel blend area,  at the upper vat platform, a chain was positioned at 32" height across the platform.   Standard railing was not installed at the worker's position on the platform above the fuel blending tub.
