29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system or personal fall arrest system:   On or about May 14, 2013, at a residence located at 14530 Carlin in Socorro, TX, employer did not ensure that employee working on the roof was provided with and required to use adequate fall protection. Employee was exposed to fall hazards from and elevation of approximately 20 feet above ground level.
