29 CFR 1910.106(d)(4)(iii): Electrical wiring and equipment located in inside storage rooms used for Category 1 or 2 flammable liquids, or Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint below 100 degrees F (37.8 degrees C), was not approved under subpart S of this part for Class I, Division 2 Hazardous Locations; for Category 3 flammable liquids with a flashpoint at or above 100 degrees F (37.8 degrees C) and Category 4 flammable liquids, was not approved for general use.    (a)  Gasoline storage building, on or about May 15, 2013, and at times prior thereto, where used portable gasoline containers are stored (with and without gasoline in them), the Class I Division I wiring was invalidated by the openings in the junction box above the ceiling light.
