29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel shall be in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases (NFPA No. 58-1969), which is incorporated by reference as specified in Sec. 1910.6.  The employer failed to provide proper storage for propane gas clyinders. A 33 lbs propane gas cylinder was being stored on the floor in the entrance way of the warehouse and was unprotected from operationg forklifts exposing employees to struck-by, explosion and fire hazards.
