All woodworking tools and machinery shall meet other applicable requirements of American National Standards Institute, 01.1-1961, Safety Code for Woodworking Machinery.     On or about 5/14/13, during residential construction activities, the General International Table Saw, Model 50-185 serial # 50705402 did not have the following safety features:      a) On/off switch that was listed, labeled, or certified for operation:  b) Magnetic-restart device installed to prevent the machine from restarting after a power failure:  c) Anti-kickback device installed to prevent material from kicking back into the operator:  d) Spreader device installed to prevent the cut material from closing on the other side of the blade.
