(1) On or about June 12, 2013, an employee welding metal fences was exposed to an 8 hour time weighted average (TWA) level of 5.38 mg/m3 of zinc oxide, which is 1.076 times the OSHA permissible exposure level (PEL) of 5.0 mg/m3.
