29 CFR 1926.501(b)(2): 1926.501(b)(2)(i): Each employee who was constructing a leading edge 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems:  (a)  An employee was observed performing leading edge work 33 feet above ground without wearing fall protection.  (b)  A second employee was observed working from an aerial lift without a safety harness or lanyard attached to the boom or basket.  Abatement verification is not required for this item.  The employer removed the employee from the roof at the time of inspection.
