29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):  Employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were other provisions of paragraph (b) of this section used to provide an alternative fall protection measure:    At the jobsite located at 6212 S. 165th Street, Omaha, NE:    The employer failed to provide fall protection for employees engaged in residential construction activities. Employees of JAM Roofing were observed performing roofing installation activities on the Country Inn and Suites and were exposed to a fall height greater than 6 feet.

29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  JAM Roofing: The employer failed to provide training to employees exposed to fall hazards. Employees were observed performing construction activities exposed to a fall height greater than 6 feet; none of the employees have received training from their employer.
