29 CFR 1910.178(q)(1): Any power-operated industrial truck not in safe operating condition was not taken out of service, and/or repairs were not made by authorized personnel:    (a)  The TCM FGC25 forklift (Model: FCG25T7T, Serial: A15G00703) was in service and the horn and parking brake were not functioning.     (b)  The Toyota forklift (Model: 7FGCU25, Serial: 66002) was in service and the parking break was not functioning.    (c)  The TCM 25 forklift (55F SSS A084) was in service and a reverse light and the red and orange marker lights were not functioning.

29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): Industrial trucks were being placed in services after the examination showed condition(s) adversely affecting the safety of the vehicle:    (a)  The employer did not ensure that the TCM FGC25 forklift (Model: FCG25T7T, Serial: A15G00703) was removed from service when an inspection revealed the horn and parking brake were not functioning.     (b)  The employer did not ensure that the Toyota forklift (Model: 7FGCU25, Serial: 66002) was removed from service when an inspection revealed the parking break was not functioning.
