29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:   a)  Inside building LL - on May 16, 2013, the employer did not provide a handrail or stair rail system along the unprotected sides of a stairway to prevent employees from falling to lower level, exposing employees up to a 9-foot fall hazards.    b) Inside building MM - on May 16, 2013, the employer did not provide a handrail or stair rail system along one side of the stairways to prevent employees from falling to the lower level, exposing employees up to a 9-foot fall hazards.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED   The James L. Oates III Enterprise, Inc., was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 314088428, citation number 1, item 001 and was affirmed as final order on August 15, 2010, with respect to a workplace located at 1761 Memorial Dr., Waycross, Georgia.
