29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(1): Stairways having four or more risers or rising more than 30 inches (76 cm), whichever is less, were not equipped with at least one handrail and one stairrail system along each unprotected side or edge:   a)  Outside, in front of the building EE - on May 16, 2013, the owner did not provide a handrail or stair rail system along the unprotected sides of a stairway to prevent himself from falling to lower level, exposing employees up to a 9-foot fall hazards.    b) Inside building EE - on May 16, 2013, the owner did not provide a handrail or stair rail system along one side of the stairways to prevent himself from falling to the lower level, exposing employees up to a 9-foot fall hazards.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926:   a)  Outside of building EE - on or about May 16, 2013, the owner did not ensure the stairwell landings were provided with a guardrail system, exposing himself to a 6 and 9-foot fall hazard.    ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION IS NOT REQUIRED
