29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Employees shall be provided with eye and face protection equipment when machines or operations present potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents.    a) On or about May 21, 2013, and at times prior to, employees were observed using nail gun while installing trusses, not wearing personal eye protective equipment, exposing the employees to eye injuries. 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure that meets a provision described in paragraph (b) of 29 CFR 1926.501.         a)  On or about May 21, 2013, and at times prior to, the employer did not ensure that employees installing trusses were fall protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems or, implement a fall protection plan why conventional fall protection was infeasible or created a greater hazard, exposing the employees to fall hazards of  about 10 feet.        ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION AND DOCUMENTATION IS REQUIRED

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder shall not be used as a step.      a)  On or about May 21, 2013, and at times prior to, employee installing trusses used the top and top step of a stepladder to go up and down, exposing employee to a fall hazard of about 10 feet to the concrete floor.
