29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system;     (a) Ecoss Construction, 2195 Stony Hill Rd., Boulder, CO 80305; On and before May 22, 2013, the exposing employer failed to provide his employees with adequate fall protective measures while performing roofing work on a single family home renovation in Boulder, CO.  Condition exposed two employees to fall hazards of approximately 13 feet.
