OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): Section 5(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970:  The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing for likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard:  a.  On or about May 21, 2013, at the above addressed location, an employee was exposed to the hazard of being struck by an intermodal shipping container that was being landed on a deck of a ship.
