29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there is a possible danger of head injury from impact, or from falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, shall be protected by protective helmets:     (a). Worksite located at 800 Midjay Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were observed working underneath suspended loads being hoisted on and off the building and were not protected from impact by the use of head protection.

Worksite located at 800 Midjay Drive, Liberty, Missouri- Employees were exposed to fall hazards while working and walking near the edge of unprotected sides and edges without the use of any means of fall protection.
