29 CFR 1910.1030(c)(1)(i): The employer having employee(s) with occupational exposure did not establish a written Exposure Control Plan designed to eliminate or minimize employee exposure: a) Facility - Tthe employer did not establish a written exposure control plan for employees exposed to the bloodborne pathogens. The employees were working with needles such as, but not limited to, Mckesson the 18 G needles, Exel the 30 G needles, and Nipro the 23 G needles while working with patients and assisting the physicians with procedures such as the injection of medications and vaccines, exposing employees to Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) and Hepatitis B Virus (HBV).

29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Facility - The employer did not maintain a written hazard communication program to employees using chemicals such as, but not limited to, Clorox bleach, Hydrogen Peroxide, Sodium Chloride, Betadine Solution, Sani-Wipe and Speed-Clean Solution with ingredients like Hypochlorous Acid, exposing employees to corrosive chemicals that can cause severe irritation and damage to the eye and skin.
