29 CFR 1926.760(a)(1):  Each employee engaged in a steel erection activity who is on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge more than 15 feet above a lower level shall be protected from fall hazards by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, positioning device systems or fall restraint systems:      (a)    Ridge Erection Company at 5900 Gateway Court, Dacono, CO 80514:  On and before May 21, 2013, the exposing employer did not ensure that employees welding and screwing down metal decking on top of the south roof of the Rickenbaugh Infiniti Vehicle Sales & Service building under construction were protected from fall hazards.  None of the seven employees on the south roof were wearing fall harnesses or utilizing a fall protection system when performing final deck attachments, painting of welds and installation of vertical posts into the roof.  This condition exposed the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 21 feet.
