29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:     On or about May 20, 2013, the eyewash station located in the receiving area next to the fire extinguisher riser; where chemicals are stored was not maintained in a working condition. This condition exposed the employees to potential burns and damage to the eyes and skin.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Each outlet box in completed installations did not have a cover, faceplate, or fixture canopy:     On or about May 20, 2013, the electrical outlet box under the counter, next to the paint shaker, at paint shop had an open cover plate. This condition exposed the employees to an electrical hazard.
