29 CFR 1910.37(a)(4): Exit lighting safeguards designed to protect employees during an emergency were not in proper working order at all times: On or about 05/22/2013 at 215 Coats Drive Toccoa, GA; emplyees were exposed to potential smoke inhalation and burn hazards where the emergency exit lighting was not operational on two emergency exits that are afforded to a sublet company for use in case of an emergency requiring exit.
