29 CFR 1928.51(d):    Each employee who operates an agricultural tractor was not informed of the operating practices contained in Appendix A of this part and of any other practices dictated by the work environment. Such information shall be provided at the time of initial assignment and at least annually thereafter.    a)  Field located at 44 Tarrytown, Manalapan NJ 07726:  An employee using a Massey - Ferguson Tractor 255, 50-74 hp (37.3 - 55.2 Kw) was not trained or informed about the operating practices to operate an agricultural utility tractor, occurred on or about 05/17/2013.
