29 CFR 1910.178(m)(4): The employer did not prohibit arms or legs from being placed between the uprights of the mast or outside the running lines of the truck:                              This violation was observed on May 20, 2013, where two (2) employees operated the same propane powered Toyota forklift truck simultaneously. The passenger employees leg and arm were outside the running lines of the forklift truck.
