29 CFR 1926.451(h)(2)(i): The area below the scaffold was not barricaded, and employees were not prohibited from entering the hazard area.   a. Rear east side of building, on or about 04/22/13 - employees were exposed to a struck-by hazard, in that, the area below the scissor lift where pipes were dropped was not barricaded to prohibit employees from entering the area. Employees were operating two scissor lifts and removing pipes in the ceiling. An employee walked into the drop zone as the pipes were being dismantled and was injured.
