29 CFR 1926.501 (b)(13) Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.    a) 3 Brothers from Italy Pizza, 1020 Ocean Terrace, Seaside Heights, NJ 08751: On or about May 20, 2013, employees were not protected from falling while installing new flashing from a residential roof. Employees were exposed to falls of approximately 14ft.    NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
